Checkpoint GTM helps B2B companies build and run their revenue operations across marketing, sales, analytics and CRM. As our Revenue Operations Manager, you will own the RevOps function in-house: the systems, processes and reporting that Sales, Marketing and Customer Success run on, with HubSpot and Salesforce at the centre of your work.
You'll own our CRMs and reporting, support outbound and migrations, and lead RevOps projects across teams. We are a small team, so we expect you to use modern tools, including AI, to work quickly and to a high standard.
What you'll do
- Own and maintain Salesforce and HubSpot as the system of record for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, including users, permissions, data hygiene and workflows.
- Lead HubSpot and Salesforce rollouts and improvements, and set the standards and templates that keep the stack consistent.
- Build and own the dashboards and reports that give leadership and each team a clear view of their key metrics.
- Plan and run data migrations between systems, making sure no data is lost or broken.
- Run ad hoc analysis in Google Sheets, HubSpot and Salesforce to support leadership decisions and reporting.
- Build and run outbound campaigns with Sales and Marketing, and support the team's LinkedIn content.
- Automate repetitive work where it makes sense, using CRM workflows, automation tools and AI.
- Turn requirements from Sales, Marketing and Customer Success into a prioritised RevOps roadmap with clear build steps.
- Manage RevOps projects using agile methods, and hold yourself and others accountable for scope, deadlines and budget.
- Guide and review the work of colleagues on RevOps projects, and communicate progress and blockers early.
What we're looking for
- Expert knowledge of HubSpot or Salesforce. You have hands-on experience administering or implementing at least one of them: objects, properties, workflows, reports and dashboards, user management and integrations.
- A solid understanding of how marketing, sales, data and CRM fit together in revenue operations.
- Strong data skills in Google Sheets, with the ability to run analysis and turn it into clear recommendations.
- Practical, everyday use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to work faster, and good judgement about checking their output.
- Clear written communication for internal stakeholders, documentation and LinkedIn posts.
- The ability to manage several projects at once, prioritise across teams, and deliver on time and on budget.
- Strong attention to detail, especially during migrations and reporting.
- A collaborative approach with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and leadership, and the confidence to own decisions.
Nice to have
- Expertise in both HubSpot and Salesforce.
- HubSpot or Salesforce certifications.
- Experience in a revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations or CRM administration role, including some experience leading projects or people.
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or Clay.
- Familiarity with agile project management.
Tools you'll work with
- CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot
- Analytics and reporting: Google Sheets, HubSpot Analytics, Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
- Social and outbound: LinkedIn, LinkedIn Analytics, HubSpot Email, Mailchimp or similar
- Automation and AI: Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier or similar
- Project management: Notion, Clockify
- Data migration: native CRM import and export tools, CSV manipulation
Why join
You'll own revenue operations end to end, from CRM administration and implementation to analytics, outbound and cross-team projects, and shape how our systems and reporting grow. It's the right role if you want full ownership of a RevOps function rather than a slice of one.
